Job summary

A leading pump and valve manufacturer is seeking a skilled technician for maintenance and repair roles. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Job description

Responsibilities

• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on KSB pump and Valve.


• Completing Preventive Maintenance and field modifications with coordination with Service Supervisor / Service Manager.


• Ordering and manage repair parts, consumables parts cycle times, in coordinate with superior.


• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as Service Reports, Time Sheet, Maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.


• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.


• Implement Health Safety and Environmental and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.


• Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and potential Sales order.


• Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.


• Administration & Support


• Comprehensive Service Report


• Conduct Training to Customer


• Support workshop rental activities during working period on Workshop, in coordinate with Workshop Supervisor or Service Manager.


• Maintain Positive and Healthy relationship with various team (Order Processing, Field Service Teams, Sales, Workshop, Mechanic Support and Others)


• To perform the tasks and responsibilities as given from superior’s time to time

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering


• Having a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in related functions


• Good communication skills, analysis, and reporting


• A team player in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization


• Having a positive attitude, open-mindedness, motivated and willingness to learn


• Having pump technical know-how


• Fluent in English both oral and written


• Willing to travel all around Indonesia
