  • Solid understanding of COGS management, labor planning, budgeting, and operational KPI tracking.
  • Experience in leading teams, coaching, and driving performance improvements.
  • Proven track record in store expansion or opening new outlets is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex operational challenges.
