You will oversee the operations of more than 8 outlets, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Services Management and possess strong skills in operations, sales, and customer service. We look for a leader who can motivate teams and manage efficiently, with reporting duties to the Operational Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in food & beverage industry.
• Experienced in handling more than 8 outlets.
• Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are properly implemented.
• Manage the operational budget and ensure the store operates efficiently.
• Conduct sales forecasting for the following week.
