We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Export/Import Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of export/import operations, including air freight handling and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs clearance procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and carriers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays promptly.
• Negotiate favorable rates and terms with carriers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in air freight handling, freight forwarding, and logistics.
• IATA License (Mandatory).
• Proven track record in an airfreight supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in logistics software and computer systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
