We’re looking for an enthusiastic Expansion Associate to support our Child Development Clinic (Tumbuh+), by identifying, evaluating, and preparing new locations for business expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build experience in expansion, real estate scouting, and project coordination.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct market and area research to identify promising locations for new outlets or business opportunities.

• Assist in site evaluation, feasibility studies, basic financial projections, and cost analysis.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.) to support site setup, documentation, permits, and approvals.

• Monitor project timelines and follow up to ensure new locations are prepared and launched on schedule.

• Maintain and update the database of potential sites, property agents, landlords, and partnership leads.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or any related field.
