A leading FMCG company in Indonesia is seeking a qualified candidate for a role focused on order processing and sales operations. The ideal applicant will have a Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related fields, with 1-2 years of experience preferred. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, preparing reports, and monitoring inventory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office is required.
Responsible for order processing and work closely with internal (Sales, Production and Shipping team) to ensure shipment to customer in timely manner.
Attend to any inquiry, feedback, or complaints on product and delivery issue and etc.
Support on Sales Operations. E.g. Claims, complaints, PMF, NPAF, costing model, CN/DN, PR and etc.
Monitoring labels/wrappers materials inventory to meet products demand.
Work with sales team to prepare seasoning forecast.
Prepare weekly reports. E.g. Sales report, aging stock report, shipment report.
Take proactive approach in managing slow moving and obsolete inventories & work together with other departments to resolve shipment issues.
Follow up and manage sales prospects towards sales target’s achievements.
Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time.
Candidate possess Diploma or Degree inBusiness Studies/Administration/Management/Supply Chain/Logisticswith minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience.
Experience in FMCG / Supply Chain / Export would be added advantage.
Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
Good in written and communication in English. Able to communicate / written in other language is an added advantage too.
Proficient in Words, Excel and Power Point.
