Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Indonesia is seeking a qualified candidate for a role focused on order processing and sales operations. The ideal applicant will have a Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related fields, with 1-2 years of experience preferred. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, preparing reports, and monitoring inventory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office is required.

Job description
  • Responsible for order processing and work closely with internal (Sales, Production and Shipping team) to ensure shipment to customer in timely manner.

  • Attend to any inquiry, feedback, or complaints on product and delivery issue and etc.

  • Support on Sales Operations. E.g. Claims, complaints, PMF, NPAF, costing model, CN/DN, PR and etc.

  • Monitoring labels/wrappers materials inventory to meet products demand.

  • Work with sales team to prepare seasoning forecast.

  • Prepare weekly reports. E.g. Sales report, aging stock report, shipment report.

  • Take proactive approach in managing slow moving and obsolete inventories & work together with other departments to resolve shipment issues.

  • Follow up and manage sales prospects towards sales target’s achievements.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate possess Diploma or Degree inBusiness Studies/Administration/Management/Supply Chain/Logisticswith minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience.

  • Experience in FMCG / Supply Chain / Export would be added advantage.

  • Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.

  • Good in written and communication in English. Able to communicate / written in other language is an added advantage too.

  • Proficient in Words, Excel and Power Point.
