Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality dishes.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and create exceptional menu items that emphasize seasonal and local ingredients.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the management of food costs and effective inventory control, ensuring profit margins are achieved.
  • Participate in culinary events and initiatives that enhance the reputation of Delonix Hotel Karawang.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen operations, implementing best practices and innovative cooking techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, upholding sanitation standards at all times.
