Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Executive to manage sales performance and engage with customers. Responsibilities include controlling trade spend, processing purchase orders, and providing sales forecasts. Candidates should possess any diploma or degree and have at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. Proficiency in Words, Excel, and Power Point is essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in FMCG would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance with allocated customers.
  • Engage with customer representatives to ensure sales flow.
  • Control and manage trade spend for specific customers.
  • Ensure all purchase orders are processed.
  • Attend to operational issues with various departments.
  • Update trade spend with VBTO and TPM.
  • Provide monthly sales and stock forecast reports.

Job description
  • Manage sales performance with allocate customers and conducting review from time to time.
  • Engage and communicate with customer’s representative to ensure the full process flow of sales, promotion and collection.
  • Control and manage trade spent that allocated to the specific customer and maximize the return of investment.
  • Ensure all purchase order is being processed and review the status of prioritize task/matter.
  • Attend and aid operational issues with various internal department.
  • Update and monitor trade spend with VBTO and TPM.
  • Weekly promotion plan and bulletin compliance check.
  • Provide monthly best estimation of sales by accounts.
  • Provide monthly stock forecast report according to customer monthly average sales & promotion.
  • Monitor bad stock return from trade as well as the next course of action.
  • Account matters review and review account payable days with each customer.
  • To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess any diploma/degree with minimum 1 year of working experience. Experience in FMCG would be added advantage.
