We are looking for an experienced Executive Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at PT ECOPACK INDONESIA PACKAGING INDUSTRIES in Bogor Regency, West Java. As an Executive Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales executives and driving the success of our packaging solutions business. This full-time position will involve providing administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales department. You will be a key liaison between our customers and our internal team, contributing to the growth and development of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to sales executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing sales presentations
• Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service to build strong relationships
• Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents
• Conducting market research and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of our packaging solutions
• Participating in sales meetings and providing insights to help develop effective sales strategies
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system

What we're looking for

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales assistant or administrative support role, preferably in the packaging industry or a similar B2B environment from similar industries such as Paper Core and Flexible Packaging
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales reporting tools
• A proactive and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A good understanding of the packaging industry and its trends
