Job Description

PT MOOD Bali Foods is currently seeking an experienced Accounting & Administrative Assistant Manager who specializes in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. We are looking for a professional with a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, who can manage financial functions in a dynamic F&B environment. This role is pivotal for ensuring the financial health and compliance of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management 📈: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and internal policies.
  • Accounting Practices 📚: Handle general ledger accounting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports. Build and integrate accounting and POS system from outlets and partners with ERP and Central system.
  • Cost Control 💰: Implement effective cost‑control measures, specifically tailored to the F&B sector. Analyze food and beverage costs and margins to ensure profitability.
  • Compliance and Auditing 📋: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, authorities, tax authority, coordinate and lead regular audits, both internal and external.
  • Purchasing & Procurement: Oversee food supply purchases; negotiate prices for kitchen equipment, supplies, and stock.
  • Government Relations: Handle communication with government agencies (BPJS, Tax Office, BPOM); ensure compliance with regulations and maintain documentation; build and maintain positive relationships with authorities.
  • Team Leadership 🤝: Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Business Insights 🔍: Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management, particularly in areas affecting the F&B business.
  • Stakeholder Communication 🗣️: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
Requirements

  • Desired salary range: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month.
