Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong competence in preparing cost breakdowns and tender documentation.

Job Description

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for tenders and projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of works
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns
• Support bid submissions and documentation
• Collaborate with estimating/project teams

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings
• Strong in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and material schedules
• Competence in preparing cost breakdowns, comparisons, and tender documentation
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills (required)
• Proficiency in computer skills (Estimateone, Teams, Google Workspace, Dropbox)
