A leading industrial services provider in Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance for wastewater treatment and utility equipment. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead teams during maintenance activities. Candidates must have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and be able to work safely in confined spaces. This position is based in Jepara, Central Java.
Carry out hands‑on mechanical and electrical maintenance for WWTP, utility, and ME equipment to ensure continuous and stable plant operation.
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and breakdown handling on pumps, motors, blowers, piping systems, valves, and electrical control panels.
Lead and support technicians during preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including job assignment and on‑site technical guidance.
Monitor equipment condition and support root cause analysis and improvement actions to reduce recurring breakdowns.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety procedures, especially when working in confined spaces and industrial utility areas.
Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
2-3 years of hands‑on experience in industrial, utility, or WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) maintenance environments.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills for rotating equipment and electrical systems.
Experience acting as Senior Technician or Team Leader is preferred.
Able to work safely in operational and confined space environments; K3 or relevant technical certification is an advantage.
This candidate should be willing to work in Jepara - Central Java
