Job Overview

To support the service partner as technical advisor for product of priority Color Label, Printer, and additional optional Visual Instrument with following task:

Responsibilities

• Technical problem solving
• Plan and conduct training & workshop
• Monitoring product quality issue in market, include the escalating to RHQ
• Providing the spare part recommendation during repair to service partner
• Approval process about spare part request from service partner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from electro, Information Technology with relevant major
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant product Color Label, Printer product, and Visual Instrument preferred)
• Strong understanding of industrial printing technology and related hardware/software.
• Basic knowledge of networking and connectivity for printing systems.
• Basic knowledge of Projector (Visual Instrument)
