Simpower Tech Indonesia is looking for an Electrical Panel Sales Manager. If you are capable of these responsibilities:
- Client Development: Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the electrical components field including equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and EPC contractors.
- Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide solutions (panel and components); increase order volume and repeat purchases.
- Sales Execution: Meet sales targets; follow up on payments.
- Market Insights: Track industry trends; analyze competitor product features, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns; develop response strategies.
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and complaints; deliver excellent pre-sales, in-sales, and post-sales support to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements:
- Good conduct; over 3 years of experience in electrical panels and components or related fields; experience with Schneider, ABB, etc., preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written); Chinese language skills preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Power-related majors; proficient in MS Office.
- Established customer resources and successful sales cases; extensive network in electrical equipment and power engineering industries preferred.
