Overview
- Formulate and execute business unit strategies in line with the company’s vision and mission.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives for business units and ensure revenue goals are met.
- Oversee end-to-end operations, including sales, marketing, and overall business performance.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and design effective marketing approaches.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams to maximize performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with external regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum GPA 3.0) in any field.
- 8–10 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in a senior managerial or head of unit/division role.
- Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum IELTS 6.5 / CEFR B2).
- Having previous experiences in any Educational Firm is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing business units and delivering business targets.
- Strong understanding of both business and operational functions.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptable, with willingness to work and learn in a dynamic environment.
- Open to business travel as required.
