Overview

• Formulate and execute business unit strategies in line with the company’s vision and mission.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives for business units and ensure revenue goals are met.
• Oversee end-to-end operations, including sales, marketing, and overall business performance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and design effective marketing approaches.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to maximize performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with external regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum GPA 3.0) in any field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in a senior managerial or head of unit/division role.
• Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum IELTS 6.5 / CEFR B2).
• Having previous experiences in any Educational Firm is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing business units and delivering business targets.
• Strong understanding of both business and operational functions.
