  • Update stock and maintain product content (price, description, promotion).
  • Handle refunds/returns and coordinate with finance and warehouse teams.
  • Respond to customers via chat, email, and phone, providing product/order information.
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams.
  • Document all customer interactions for reporting purposes.
