This role is pivotal in accelerating growth, achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring our valued Colgate-Palmolive products reach an even wider customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the eCommerce team and cross-functional departments to identify and prioritize growth strategies for Indonesia.
  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of promotional activities and marketplace accounts across Indonesia.
  • Partner with e-distributors and e-retailers in Indonesia to ensure flawless execution of strategic plans.
  • Work with customers to establish Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with company and eCommerce channel strategies, and monitor monthly eCommerce performance.
  • Actively participate in and present during Quarterly Business Reviews with eCommerce customers. Facilitate updates and training with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of customer plans and strategies.
  • Optimize the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, including quarterly activity grid planning, development, and deployment. Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams for eCommerce activations.
  • Ensure clear communication of account promotion plans, terms and conditions, and spending plans.
  • Manage customer-level execution, negotiation, and engagement.
  • Maintain expense spending within budgetary allocations and policy guidelines.
  • Provide monthly data on initiatives, pricing, distribution, and competitive activity.
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Develop shopper activities and promotional plans.
  • Achieve Net Sales targets and sustainably increase shopper penetration and conversion.
  • Monitor weekly performance closely to identify areas of success and improvement.
  • Analyze data to understand sales performance and demographic trends.
  • Monitor online and offline store ratings.
Required Education and Experience
  • Educational Qualifications: Business-related degrees
  • Experience: 3-5 years of eCommerce experience, coupled with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience.
