Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to meet company targets.

Manage online marketplaces and other digital sales channels (Shopee and TikTok Shop).

Coordinate with marketing to plan and execute online promotions and campaigns.

Monitor and analyze (account) traffic, sales data, and customer feedback.

Optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory availability.

Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Lead and manage the e-commerce team, providing guidance and performance evaluations.

Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Prepare monthly business reviews, reporting insights, and improvement plans.

Communicate effectively with HQ China and Country Manager Indonesia regarding operations and strategy.

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (FMCG / personal care preferred).
  • Native Mandarin speaker (verbal & written) required for daily coordination with China stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok, Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Ads Manager, Marketplace Dashboard.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with online payment systems and digital customer service.
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
