Responsible for managing and growing online/digital sales of aesthetic clinic services by optimizing digital booking channels, treatment campaigns, and the overall customer journey to increase appointments and clinic revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all online booking channels (platforms, website, marketplaces, social commerce, etc.)
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive treatment bookings and appointments.
  • Optimize booking flow, treatment promotions, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor booking performance (traffic, conversion rate, appointments, revenue).
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, customer service, and clinic operations teams (doctors/therapists scheduling).
  • Manage digital promotions, vouchers, and platform partnerships.
  • Improve customer experience before and after treatment to increase retention.
  • Manage all budget to ensure all products running well.
  • Manage stock involving platforms and logistic team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales, preferably in big platforms or healthcare.
