Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for translating relevant materials of Indonesian organization's export product production orders (accurate translation between Chinese, English, and Indonesian).
• Follow up on any questions and exceptional situations during the production process of Indonesian organization's export products;
• Responsible for sealing samples of export customer brand printed materials;
• Act as an important bridge between the Chinese team and the Indonesian production team to ensure smooth two-way communication of information.

Requirements (Document Operator)

• Proficient in Chinese, English, and Indonesian;
• Familiar with graphic design software such as AI/PS, to ensure view, understand, and process drawings and files related to printed materials;
• Ability with experience in exporting air conditioner or other production order preparation are preferred;
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
