Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Managing Daily emails and calls
• Communicating with all shipping lines to get the Invoice, tax invoice until get the DO Import
• Processing Delivery Order
• Prepare documents for Customs and Shipping Lines
• Checking all document clearance (BL, Invoice, Packing List, FE, LS. Etc) to ensure the details are correct
• Checking Manifest
• Communicating with Agent in POL for checking MBL and HBL draft
• Scan and send invoice document to customerforbilling

Requirements

• Having a bachelor degree from reputable university
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience handling imports.
• Familiar with checking PIB and other import-related documents.
• Can work smart with good quality as customer service and easy communicate with other party
• Able to work as a strong team member, ambitious, hardworking and good analytical thinking.
