Overview

Manage Regional KPI related to sales activities within the Nusa Tenggara region. Manage all multi-distributors within the region and build strong relationships with customers – regional distributors. Responsible for the business of Total General Trade Channel in the assignment area, including sales performance, budget, distribution and execution. Identify opportunities to grow the business within the region. Ensure execution of general marketing and promotional programs or initiatives within the region. Homebase and placement: Lombok.

Responsibilities
  • Manage regional KPI related to sales activities within the Nusa Tenggara region and maintain strong relationships with regional distributors.
  • Oversee all multi-distributors in the region and ensure effective execution of general marketing and promotional programs or initiatives.
  • Manage and be responsible for the Total General Trade Channel business in the assigned area, including sales performance, cost/budget, distribution, and execution.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to grow the business within the region.
  • Lead people management to ensure a high-performance team within the region.
  • Develop an efficient sales team including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing Sales Supervisors.
  • Stock management and control.
  • Lead and support regional team in achieving targets through effective channel strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Business/Management/Marketing or related field with at least 5 years of experience in field sales management at a managerial level.
  • Preferably 4 years of experience in the same position from an FMCG company with at least 2 years handling general trade channel GT/MTI.
  • Experience handling indirect distributors and managing territory.
  • Willing to be placed in Lombok, Indonesia.
  • High initiative, independent, and able to conduct high-profile negotiations.
  • Mastery in sales development planning and techniques in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of competing channels and ability to construct channel strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer opportunities and competitor behavior.
  • Ability to lead a diverse team and develop high-potential people; proficient in utilizing internal and external tools to maximize results.
  • Good understanding of financial principles and budget management.
  • Skilled in Excel/PowerPoint and other appropriate software.
