  • Manage and optimize Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda.
  • Operate and maximize use of Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and Property Management System (PMS).
  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager to implement competitive pricing strategies.
  • Analyze the performance of each distribution channel and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between the hotel and distribution partners.

Job Description
  • Distribution Channel Management — Manage and optimize Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.
  • System and Technology Management — Operate and maximize use of Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and Property Management System (PMS).
  • Pricing Strategy — Work closely with the Revenue Manager to implement competitive pricing strategies based on market demand.
  • Analysis & Reporting — Analyze the performance of each distribution channel and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration — Coordinate with the sales, marketing, reservations, and revenue teams to align strategies.
  • Liaison — Act as a liaison between the hotel and distribution partners (OTA account managers, B2B partners, etc.).
