Job summary

A leading hospitality recruiting agency is seeking an experienced professional for a high-end luxury resort position in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a background in international hotel groups and excellent English skills. Responsibilities include reporting to the General Manager and developing strategies to enhance business opportunities. This is an opportunity for those with strong leadership and interpersonal skills who can work well under pressure. Indonesian nationals only.

Qualifications

  • Able and willing to travel for trade shows or fairs.
  • Confident in delivering public presentations and pitches.
  • Strong presence and well presented.

Job description

Our Client is a very high end 5* International Chain Resort with +/- 50 Villas in Bali.

This role will be reporting directly to General Manager.

Note that our client is one of the most luxury and reputable brands in the industry!

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile
  • High-end luxury resort experience
  • Experience working for International Hotel Groups
  • Strong knowledge in international PR & Marketing, both traditional and digital
  • A clear understanding of revenue/yield management techniques
  • Result oriented and ability to solicit business to capitalize sales/revenue opportunities
  • Able and willing to travel to attend trade shows or travel fairs
  • Confident in delivering public presentations and pitches
  • Able to make decisions, takes full ownership and responsibility
  • Wide network of contacts within the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team
  • Strong partnering skills, clear vision, strategic planner and problem solver
  • Very strong and effective planning and time management skills
  • Dynamic, inspiring, innovative, creative and enthusiastic
