As Director of Global Enablement Operations, you'll be at the heart of GitLab's revenue engine, leading the strategic operations that empower our global sales teams to succeed. Reporting to the Vice President, Global GTM Enablement & AI Strategy, you'll drive the systems, processes, and content that enable our field teams to effectively engage customers and drive growth. This role puts you at the intersection of technology, strategy, and people development - where you'll leverage cutting-edge AI solutions and data-driven insights to scale enablement across our global organization. You'll collaborate directly with our CRO and executive leadership team, making this role critical to GitLab's go-to-market success. The challenges are significant: managing complex global operations, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring our rapidly growing sales organization has the tools and knowledge they need to win in a competitive DevOps market.
The Global GTM Enablement team is the strategic backbone that powers GitLab's revenue growth. We're responsible for equipping our global sales organization with the knowledge, tools, and processes they need to effectively engage customers and drive business results. Our team operates at the intersection of sales operations, learning and development, and strategic communications - creating scalable solutions that impact thousands of field professionals worldwide. We're solving complex challenges around content management, cross-functional alignment, and performance measurement in a rapidly evolving DevOps market.
