Digital Transformation (DX) Staff (Data Analyst)

Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal sources (ERP, CRM, operational systems, etc.).

Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

Analyze trends, anomalies, and patterns in data to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with DX project teams to provide data-driven insights.

Work closely with IT, process owners, and cross-functional teams to design data solutions.

Document data workflows, analysis procedures, and reporting standards.

Support automation of manual reports and data processes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Hard Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

Experience writing queries in SQL (including joins, filtering, aggregations).

Familiar with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

Understanding of data cleansing, basic ETL, and relational database structure.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Detail-oriented and accurate when working with large datasets.

Clear communication skills, especially in translating data into business insights.

Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Internship or 1–2 years’ experience in data analysis, business analysis, or digital project support is an advantage.
