A leading digital marketing firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Digital Performance Specialist proficient in SEO and SEM. This role involves developing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive quality traffic. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree and be fluent in English and Thai. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital tools are essential. The position offers a full relocation package to Indonesia, including visa support and housing allowance.
We are looking for a Digital Performance Specialist who will play a key role in driving our online visibility, traffic quality, and lead generation. This role combines responsibilities across SEO and SEM, allowing candidates with strengths in either area, or both, to contribute to our regional digital marketing growth.
You will work closely with our Digital Marketing and Business Development teams to build strategies that increase brand visibility, attract the right audiences, and support business goals across the Thailand market.
Develop and execute digital performance strategies across SEO or SEM (depending on your expertise).
Conduct keyword research, market research, and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
Create, publish, and optimize content to improve search visibility and campaign performance.
Manage and monitor search campaigns (organic or paid) to increase relevant traffic and lead quality.
Track, analyze, and report campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and relevant SEO/SEM platforms.
Perform content audits and implement improvements to enhance SEO and content performance.
Create and optimize marketing assets such as landing pages, ad copies, and email campaigns.
Support lead generation growth through targeted content, paid ads, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with business goals.
Stay updated with trends in SEO, SEM, digital marketing, and industry best practices.
Provide weekly performance insights and updates to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Fluency in English and Thai (written & verbal).
Basic understanding of either SEO or SEM, candidates strong in one area are highly encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with SEO or SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Semrush, Ahrefs, WordPress, HubSpot, etc.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
Excellent communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of CRO, lead generation, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
For experienced candidates: minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or performance marketing (preferably B2B).
Willing to relocate to Indonesia, with full relocation package provided (visa support, housing allowance, flight ticket).
