Job summary

A leading food delivery service provider in Indonesia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in FnB chain operations, a keen understanding of operational excellence, and proficiency in English. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily operations across online food delivery platforms including TikTok Go, ShopeeFood, GrabFood, GoFood, and Qpon
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end online order processing, from menu setup, pricing, promotions, order fulfillment, until delivery completion
  • Monitor key operational metrics such as order volume, cancellation rate, SLA, outlet readiness, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate closely with Store Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure online demand can be fulfilled effectively
  • Optimize operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOP) to improve efficiency and consistency across outlets
  • Manage platform campaigns, promotions, and performance initiatives to drive sales growth
  • Handle operational issues, escalations, and platform-related challenges in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on online performance to management and support data-driven decision making
  • Support expansion and scaling of online operations across new outlets or platforms
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FnB chain operations or digital/online operations; toast products is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence, process optimization, and multi-outlet management
  • Experience managing online food delivery platforms is highly preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken); Chinese proficiency is a plus
  • High flexibility, willing to be mobile and hands-on when required
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
