Digital Marketing Specialist (SaaS / IT Solutions Company)

Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, LinkedIn, website, webinars, content).

Manage email, LinkedIn, website/landing pages, webinars, and content to support demand generation (demo/trial).

Manage CRM data, lead nurturing workflows, and assist with sales handoff processes.

Create, publish, and maintain marketing assets (landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, blog posts) with attention to SEO and brand consistency.

Track and analyze funnel metrics (traffic, conversion, trial/demo sign-ups) to recommend improvements.

Assist in A/B testing for campaigns, landing pages, and onboarding flows.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Align with Sales/CS on lead quality and feedback; manage vendors/agencies when applicable.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or IT solutions.

Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, etc.).

Familiar with Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and SEO best practices.

Strong copywriting skills and ability to tailor messages for B2B decision-makers.

Comfortable managing multiple projects with attention to deadlines and details.

Data-driven mindset, eager to experiment and optimize based on measurable results.

Team player with good communication skills and willingness to learn.
