Job description

With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, Learning Time is a company that is passionate about supporting parents on their journey of bonding, playing and learning with their babies. We partner with experts to innovate, design and create educational children’s play essentials. Our brand is here to make a difference and reimagine what playtime looks like in the first 1000 days.

Responsibilities

Optimise website performance, including A/B testing, product catalogues, checkout flow and user experience. Enhance the website by implementing SEO and SEM.

Manage and optimise marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia and TikTok.

Assist in e-commerce ads planning and setting on Shopee, Tokopedia and TikTok.

Grow and optimise our CRM database and implement lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into sales through email marketing, WhatsApp marketing and SEO/SEM.

Coordinate with the live stream host to optimise live streams.

Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies on Shopee and TikTok with clear KPIs (e.g., video output, engagement rate, sales growth).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer journey.

Measure and report on the performance of e-commerce platforms and CRM.

Requirements

Min 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.

Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools.

Strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay-per-click advertising.

Experience in CRM, email and WA marketing. Knowledge about Shopify and HubSpot is preferred.

Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, using data insight to make decisions.

Good understanding of online marketing strategies and customer behaviour.

Basic content creation skills, good written and verbal communication skills.

Passionate about digital marketing and willing to learn and improve skills.
