Your Role

This is a hands‑on execution role sitting at the intersection of digital marketing and marketplaces.

You’ll be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing our digital growth efforts — and using data to help us get better every week.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Deploy and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Support and optimize Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop performance
  • Build campaigns, audiences, and A/B tests (creatives, copy, formats)
  • Upload, activate, and manage all creative units across platforms
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize for ROAS and CAC
  • Turn platform data into clear, practical insights for our creative team
  • Help refine messaging and creatives based on what actually converts
  • Care about incrementality — not just dashboard numbers
What Success Looks Like

Success is measured by:

  • Improved ROAS and lower CAC over time
  • Clear evidence that paid spend is lifting the business overall
  • Strong execution discipline — campaigns live on time, tracked properly
  • A tight feedback loop between performance data and creative output

You’ll be trusted with responsibility — and expected to earn that trust.

You Are
  • 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e‑commerce
  • Hands‑on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets
  • Curious, analytical, and always testing ways to improve results
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & Strong English (Main language spoken at company)
  • Based in Jakarta
