What You’ll Be Doing

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be the brain behind our digital strategy and the engine driving its execution. Your main mission? Attract and convert the right audience into loyal customers.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Lead, monitor, and optimize performance across all digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, and online marketplaces.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), ensuring ROI-focused execution.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create relevant, high-impact content aligned with brand voice and audience needs.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, and turn insights into action.
  • Collaborate across departments (sales, product, design) to align messaging and objectives.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and new digital tools to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with external partners, such as digital agencies or media platforms.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, content, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to motivate a team while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • A creative thinker who’s also data-driven and solution-oriented.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to perform under tight deadlines.
  • Up to date with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and driving measurable business results.
