A beauty and skincare company is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive based in Jakarta Utara. You will manage digital marketing strategies and paid ads across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in the beauty or fashion retail sectors. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance and optimizing ad effectiveness through data insights and creative reviews.
Manage paid ads across all e-commerce and digital platforms, focusing on beauty/skincare consumer behavior.
Build and execute digital marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and drive sales.
Analyze campaign data, identify key insights, and quickly implement optimization actions.
Review and guide creative materials (videos, images, copy) to ensure strong performance and product storytelling.
Run A/B tests to improve conversions and ad effectiveness.
Manage budgets and maximize ROAS.
Track industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty/skincare or fashion retail.
Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret numbers and optimize campaigns quickly.
Good understanding of creative performance—able to identify effective hooks and high-performing ad materials.
Experience with e-commerce and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta/TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee/Tokopedia analytics).
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
