Our client is Medical Equipment company. Currently, they are looking for Design Engineer Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage team in developing medical equipment products.
• Oversee design activities, technical documentation, and product development.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, R&D, and other departments.
• Monitor and guide multiple design projects.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to the team.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of engineering processes, and tools.
• Mentor, coach, and enhance engineering team members' skill development and performance growth.
• Conduct risk assessments and design reviews to ensure product safety and reliability.
• Ensure all design activities comply with internal standards and regulations.
• Prepare regular project reports and present progress to management.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience as Design Manager using 3D AutoCAD & Solidwork from Medical Equipment industry.
• Business English proficiency.
• Able to speak Japanese.
