About the Role

As the Customs Management Staff at PT Tri Sakti Purwosari Makmur (KT&G Group), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth import and export operations of the company. In this full‑time position based in Kawasan Pasuruan Industri Estate Rembang (PIER), Pasuruan, East Java, you will be responsible for managing customs‑related processes and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and submitting customs declarations for imports and exports
• Liaising with customs authorities to obtain necessary clearances and approvals
• Staying up to date with changes in customs regulations and procedures
• Coordinating with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customs activities
• Identifying and resolving any customs‑related issues or discrepancies
• Providing support and guidance to other departments on customs‑related matters

Qualifications

• Min. S1 in Law
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in customs management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, bonded zone, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
• Proficiency in using customs clearance software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve customs‑related issues
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
