As the Customer Success Manager, you ensure that our clients achieve product value and customer satisfaction, directly contributing to the retention and account expansion rates of the Company. This role is uniquely different from other customer success roles, with a strong emphasis on product success in addition to client-facing responsibilities. You will still be involved in the entire customer success process, from onboarding and support to client management. You will specialize in helping with integration and client success, and will be cross trained to assist with the rest of the suite of products.
