Responsibilities
- Coordinating and processing import customer service, including communication customs declarations, invoices, and shipping manifests
- Liaising with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely clearance of goods
- Monitoring shipment status and providing updates to internal and external clients
- Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the import process
- Maintaining accurate records and data related to the company's import activities
- Supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the company's logistics operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Logistics, Suply Chain Management, Transportation Management or any major
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an import or customs clearance role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of import regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using relevant software and systems for tracking shipments and managing logistics data
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal
- Available to join immediately (ASAP).
