Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for customers from enquiry to order.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email.
  • Handle customer telephone queries and direct problems toward a solution.
  • Monitor customer and supplier orders to ensure accurate dispatch.
  • Request quotations from external suppliers and manage the project.
  • Proactively follow up with customers via calls and emails.
