Job description
Overview

Customer Relations Executive (Corporate Secretarial Services) – Assist in preparation, submission, and monitoring of corpsec documents, including company establishment, amendments and stay permit application. Provide guidance to clients regarding regulatory requirements and procedural steps in line with Indonesian laws, BKPM, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Ministry of Manpower and other relevant authorities. Act as the main liaison for corporate clients, ensuring clear communication and professional relationship management. Assist in developing process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Coordinate with internal legal, tax, and HR teams to ensure support for client companies.

KPIs
  • Manage, Maintain and Deliver Client Projects (minimum 30 Projects)
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with clients
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling
  • Obtain the best client ratings on a weekly basis for feedback (Target: NPS Project score for each project minimum 9 / Google Review equal to 5 star)
  • Information Exchange regarding Updated SOPs for Relevant Projects
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in (Law / Public Policy / Law / Business Administration / International Relations) from a reputable university.
  • At least 1 year experience in (Government Relations / CRM / General Affairs / Customer Relations / Business Development).
  • Client and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate regulations and company law.
