• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and advice to the C-level and broader leadership team to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes.
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
• Drive continuous improvements in finance processes, systems, and controls.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and banking operations.
