Job summary

A leading legal firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced legal professional to draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, manage corporate governance documents, and provide legal support across divisions. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Law, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in a law firm. Proficiency in English is an advantage. Responsibilities

Drafting. reviewing, and negotiating various agreements both external or internal. including but not limited to commercial agreements, NDA, banking and finance agreements and employment outsourcing agreements etc.

Conduct Legal research and analysis of relevant laws and regulation and provide support to internal teams and/or users on various corporate, commercial and labor law issues, including but not limited to including but not limited to legal memorandums, legal opinions, and presentations.

Drafting, reviewing, and managing corporate governance documents, including but not limited to including but not limited to resolutions of the Board of Directors (BOD), Board of Commissioners BOC) and General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), powers of attorney, statement letters, and other related legal documents.

Organize and maintain legal documentation and filing systems within the Corporate Legal Division to ensure proper record keeping and accessibility.

Support the preparation and execution of corporate actions Or transactions, including but not limited to acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures, by coordinating legal documentation and compliance.

Provide legal support to all divisions regarding legal matters and day-to-day business activities, including document review, legal assistance, and collaboration with internal teams and/or users. Offer legal advice related to business operations, risk management, and company policies, handle consultations, correspondences, and other legal requirements as needed.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law

Minimum 3 years’ experience, previous experience in a Law firm is preferable

Advocate License under PERADI is appreciated

Proficiency in English, both oral and written is an advantage
