About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Soengkar & Partners Law Firm's Jakarta Selatan office. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will play a key role in providing strategic legal advice and support to our diverse range of corporate and commercial clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our firm.

What you'll be doing

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents
• Advising clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management matters
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support the firm’s corporate and commercial practice
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless legal services to clients
• Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate and commercial laws and regulations
• Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the legal team

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate
• Significant expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management principles
• Excellent research, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
