Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to support business decisions.
• Evaluate and execute M&A and other investment opportunities.
• Assist with structuring and transaction-related matters.
• Develop financial models to simulate outcomes and impacts.
• Liaise with business stakeholders to achieve transactional goals.
• Monitor portfolio asset performance and prepare reports for management.
• Review transaction documentation including legal documents.

Qualifications & Experience

Male/Female, with minimum age 25 - 40 years old

Bachelor degree in finance, banking, business or accounting from reputable university

Minimum 5 years prior experience in a similar role within the same industry or Corporate Finance experience in a top‑tier consulting/audit firm or investment bank covering the same industry

Have understanding of the capital markets, financial modeling and valuation

Have excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.

Adept at using Microsoft Office (Especially: Excel, PPT and Words)

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders

Proficient in English both oral and written

Tasks & Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyse large data sets to support business decisions

Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities

Assist with structuring and other transaction‑related matters

Develop financial models to simulate outcomes and impact of different strategies

Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals

Liaising with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements

Monitoring the portfolio asset’s performance by preparing a periodic report and presentation to the upper management to review ongoing initiatives & collaborate with other stakeholders to analyse different kinds of data ranging from financial, growth, and user metrics, to support company strategy and strive to achieve company targets

Reviewing transaction documentation, including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents
