Job Description

• Provide financial and strategic analysis related to the Company’s funding and capital markets strategy, M&A, investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses that help guide the decision making process.
• Conduct industry and market research related to trends, risks, opportunities and competitive landscape.
• Participate in deals end-to-end, including strategy development, deal negotiation & structuring, due diligence and coordinating with finance, legal, tax and other departments to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Work closely with Financial Planning & Corporate Analysis Group Head to create investment memorandums and related presentations for senior management, board and shareholders.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree from Accounting, Finance, Business
• Good grasp of accounting, finance, and legal/tax considerations in M&A and corporate finance
• Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to details
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Works well under pressure to achieve tight timelines while producing high quality outputs
• Have a CA/ CFA/ ACCA/ CPA certification is a plus
• Willing to be placed in HO Karawaci, Tangerang - WFO arrangement
