• Consult with customers to recommend additional solutions that fit their needs.
• Devise and execute account strategies to maximize customer success and account growth.
• Provide high-touch customer service and handle support issues as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in sales account management.
• Strong ability to run a discovery, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals.
• Basic understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding expectations in a quota-carrying role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High comfort level with client objections and negotiations.
