  • Responsible for achieving sales targets by acquiring new customers, and developing, managing, and maintaining long-term client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts, such as contract renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling additional products or services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of services delivered by the company.
  • Analyze customer data to identify potential needs, interests, or issues, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Review customer activity reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on new products or services that may be relevant to their business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to establish mutually beneficial business agreements.
Requirements
  • Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major.
