About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Core Banking Implementation Engineer to join our growing team at PT. Global Infotech Solution in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya. As a full‑time employee, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and integration of our cutting‑edge core banking solutions, ensuring the seamless delivery of advanced financial services to our clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design, develop and deploy robust core banking systems that meet the needs of our clients
• Integrate core banking solutions with various third‑party applications and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to core banking implementations
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed core banking solutions
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance of core banking systems
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of our core banking offerings

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in core banking system implementation and integration
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Finance)
• Experience as an Implementer/Core Banking Engineer (experience in a bank or CBS vendor is a plus)
• Understanding of Bank Balance Sheet Structure (Assets, Liabilities, Equity)
• Banking products (loans, deposits, treasury, funding, lending)
• Risk management concepts (credit risk, liquidity risk, capital adequacy)
• Capital optimization and its impact on the core banking system
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial regulations, and industry best practices
• Hands‑on experience with core banking platforms, such as Temenos, Infosys Finacle, or Finexus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
