Job summary

A global leader in food ingredients is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Tangerang. This role involves inventory management, ensuring timely product delivery, and leading a team in the warehouse operations. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Management or related fields, at least 3 years of experience in warehousing, and proficiency in SAP. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Act as safety and food safety ambassador.

Responsibilities

To be the safety and food safety ambassador and inventory waste management.

Collaboration with Deputy Manager on improvement, project, meeting and become successor of Deputy Manager

Coaching team, maintain all resource related to daily operation and be part of solution during warehouse operation

Ensure delivering the cocoa product to customer in time and provide customer's documents requirement

Collaboration with Deputy Manager to responding customer queries, provide the shipment schedule and monitoring shipment plan also giving clear information to customer related to shipment

Monitoring level of non-valuated product, giving advice once it already reach the optimum level of inventory

Establish and maintain designated work areas and arrange as needed, always ensure orderly and safe conditions

Inventory accuracy, establish and maintain inventory control systems for all raw, finished materials and damage materials

Ensure proper working condition of work areas, grounds, truck, tools, fixtures and equipment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain or related field.

Proven experience in SAP system.

Minimum 3 year of proven experience in warehousing or supply chain, experience working within the food manufacturing industry is highly preferred

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
