Job description

The primary responsibility is to prepare the groundwork for the daily menu items with minimal supervision of their section leader or manager, and following recipes and guidelines provided.

Requirements:

  • Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum of 3 years in kitchen operations for cook and 2 years for Asst. Cook
  • Basic knowledge on food safety
  • Communicate effectively with the senior management.
  • Possess the ability to lead and make decisions.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Experienced in coaching subordinates.
  • Must be cost and quality conscious.
  • Adhere to specific scheduled work hours yet be flexible if circumstances require it.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
