Job description

As a Contractor Channel Sales professional, you will drive Schneider Electric’s business operations in Indonesia through our Contractor Channel. Your mission is to achieve sales targets, grow our contractor network, and promote Schneider Electric’s solutions across key projects and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive order and sales performance through direct and indirect contractor engagement.
  • Identify and develop project pipelines by promoting Schneider Electric solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Build and expand the contractor network in collaboration with the Channel Development Manager.
  • Support cross‑selling initiatives by working with other Business Units to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers, consultants, and EPCs, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance brand awareness and generate demand within the contractor channel.
  • Maintain accurate project and customer data using internal tools and systems.
  • Foster teamwork and maintain strong internal collaboration across Schneider Electric Indonesia.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in electrical or industrial sectors.
